Excessive weight can lead to early dementia

Medical research shows links between excess weight and early dementia. Middle-aged people who are carrying extra pounds are a staggering 71% more likely to develop Alzheimers and related brain diseases.

We are not even talking about obese, but simply people with a BMI (body mass index) between 20 and 25.

With the trends for sedentary lifestyle, this is an added reason to embrace sustainability, outdoor activities and healthier diet.
